About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help OneBalance understand who is buying, how they are buying, and why deals are being won or lost across institutional crypto and fintech markets.

This role is not a sales position. You will not carry a quota or be responsible for closing deals.

Instead, your job is to build early relationships, surface meaningful market insight, and help the company stay ahead of where demand is forming.

You’ll work closely with the product and growth to ensure OneBalance is informed by real conversations and real market signals, not assumptions.
