About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate OneBalance’s institutional growth by opening doors inside Neobanks, Brokers, and Centralized Exchanges. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, cultivate executive relationships, and guide partners from first conversation through live integration.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth to shape the go-to-market strategy, learn from live deal feedback, and create repeatable sales motions.
What You’ll Do
- Own strategic relationships across target TradFi and fintech accounts; build multi-threaded connections with product, revenue, and compliance leads.
- Drive full sales cycles: discovery, proposal design, pilot definition, negotiation, and close.
- Gather market intelligence: understand which vendors institutions currently use and where gaps exist.
- Craft partnership proposals that align to business outcomes – payments, custody, settlement, or user-experience improvements.
- Collaborate with product and legal to design compliant, low-friction pilots.
- Represent OneBalance at fintech and blockchain events, strengthening our institutional presence.
- Report directly to the Head of Growth, feeding real-time market signals back into product and GTM priorities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in enterprise BD, sales, partnerships, or consulting for financial institutions or fintechs.
- Familiarity with digital-assets or blockchain solutions is a must.
- An ambitious go-getter attitude.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles (6–12 months) and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong network or proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers in neobanks, brokers, or processors.
