About the Role

Design and build next-generation decentralized systems at the intersection of zero-knowledge proofs and financial primitives. Deep in the protocol stack — requires strong engineering rigor, cryptoeconomic intuition, and production-grade blockchain experience.

What You'll Do

• Protocol Design & Implementation — Order book-based exchange and settlement systems
• Zero-Knowledge Infrastructure — zkVMs (Succinct SP1, RISC Zero) for verifiable off-chain computation
• High-Performance Systems — Rust, including protocol logic and infra components
• Cryptoeconomic Design — Incentive mechanisms, security assumptions, adversarial modeling
• Smart Contract Development — Solidity interfaces between on-chain and off-chain
• Security & Audits — Protocol audits, formal reviews
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Research, engineering, product

Must-Haves

Rust expertise, DeFi/financial systems knowledge, ZK experience (SP1/RISC Zero), cryptoeconomic intuition, Solidity proficiency, enterprise-grade mindset.

Bonus

zk circuits (Halo2, Plonky3), formal verification, fuzz testing, open-source contributions, CLOB/matching engine experience, CeFi/DeFi trading experience.
