About OneBalance
OneBalance is the embedded crypto infrastructure that connects fintechs to stablecoins and digital assets. Our API provides asset-first delivery with deferred payment, combining stablecoin, tokenised asset and fiat rails, with institutional market rates with T+ settlement. We handle the technical complexity behind the scenes so partners can go to market faster, own the user experience, and unlock new revenue streams.
About the Advisory Engagement
We are looking for an Institutional Partnerships Advisor to support a focused product-discovery and partnership-development phase across neobanks, brokerages, exchanges, and fintech infrastructure players.
This is a senior advisory engagement, not a full-time operating role. You will help us shape where institutional demand is forming, identify high-value partnership opportunities, and translate live market feedback into clearer go-to-market and product direction.
This role is ideal for someone who has deep institutional context, strong relationships, and a practical understanding of how to move from early conversations to structured pilot opportunities.
What You'll Deliver
- Advise on strategic partner development across priority institutional accounts.
- Build and support multi-threaded relationships with product, revenue, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
- Run targeted discovery to surface institutional requirements across execution, settlement workflows, controls, and reliability.
- Help design low-friction pilot proposals tied to concrete business outcomes (e.g., better execution quality, reduced operational burden, faster product launch).
- Provide clear market intelligence on buyer behavior, vendor evaluation patterns, and trust signals in institutional procurement.
- Identify and prioritize lowest-hanging-fruit opportunities for near-term validation.
- Surface knowledge gaps and recommend where the internal team should upskill.
- Contribute structured insights and materials (briefs, presentations, synthesis docs) to guide leadership decisions.
Engagement Profile
- Short-term independent contractor / advisor engagement.
- Initial scope: focused discovery period with clear go/no-go checkpoints.
- Time commitment and duration to be agreed based on profile and scope.
