Supercharge teams and build intelligent systems that increase productivity across the org. High-impact role designing AI-powered internal tooling, developer experience improvements, and customer-facing products. Reports directly to CTO.

What You'll Do

• AI-Powered Tooling — Internal tools and automation for all teams
• Developer Experience — AI-enhanced developer workflows and coding assistants
• Customer-Facing AI — Support pipelines and production AI systems
• RAG & Knowledge Systems — Large-scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Agent Architectures — Compounding agent swarms and multi-agent systems
• LLM Integration — Model selection via OpenRouter, cost/performance optimization
• Fine-Tuning & Optimization — Domain-specific LLM fine-tuning
• Workflow Automation — n8n, LangChain pipelines
• Stay Current — Evaluate new models, frameworks, techniques

Must-Haves

Shipped AI systems in production, Python/TypeScript/JS, LangChain expertise, n8n/workflow automation, RAG at scale, LLM fine-tuning, agent/multi-agent architectures, MCP & AI tooling (Cursor, Claude), model selection across providers, LLM observability (LangFuse, Weights & Biases), basic DevOps.
