Web3 and the crypto ecosystem more broadly has historically had a chain centric worldview. We believe this is an outdated view and an ecosystem wide transition towards an account centric worldview is both necessary and inevitable for consolidation of an increasingly fragmented user experience.
We propose a new account model called “Credible Accounts” and introduce a framework called “OneBalance” for creating and managing these accounts. With this proposal, we hope to provide a missing component of the stack that will help onboard the next billion humans to web3.
OneBalance is a hybrid organization where we value in-person work. Half our team is in our 🇬🇧 London office and the other half remote with 🇵🇹 Lisbon being a growing hub for us.
Although we have a remote friendly culture, we prefer candidates in London or Lisbon and offer relocation support for high-quality candidates. For remote roles, we require timezone location within UTC +-3.
We make an effort to get the team together in London or Lisbon regularly. We see significant benefits to culture and productivity from time spent together in person.
